I’m Deirdre Rawlings, Holistic Nutritionist, Naturopathic Doctor, Wellness Educator and Founder of this community.  I use the medicinal power of food and nutrition to help people to heal, uplift, and transform themselves, even from daunting conditions such as fibromyalgia.  Since food and eating are one of the most essential functions of life and you are going to participate in it anyway, let’s get the most out of it by making it work to our best advantage and our optimum health.

Some attitudes you won’t encounter here:

  • Most doctors don’t get it, passing Fibromyalgia off as a subset of Chronic Fatigue, stress, or Anxiety, then write you a prescription for an anti-depressant, pain-killer, or some other medication, and send you on your way.
