Thin Mints

Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut butter
10 dates, pitted (or more for desired sweetness)
1 – 2 teaspoons spirulina, chlorella or other green powder (or more to taste) 1-2 drops pure mint oil, or 1/4 teaspoon mint flavoring.

Blend all together and spread on the bottom of a wax paper lined baking glass dish.  Freeze for 15 minutes,  Remove from freezer and score into desired sized pieces.  Freeze overnight and break off pieces whenever you get a sweet attack.



Banana Papaya Pudding

Ingredients:
1/2 ripe papaya (approximately 1 cup) peeled and seeded
1 banana peeled and cut in chunks

Put the papaya in a blender and blend just enough to break up the fruit. Add the banana; blend until smooth. Eat immediately. Serves one.

Variation 1: Add 1-2 tablespoons raw almond butter, blend
Variation 2: Add 2-3 teaspoons raw tahini, blend
